"FROG congee"

In cooking  frog congee main ingredients is FROG legs..YES frog ,you heard me right! They actually don't taste that bad, and it  taste like chicken meat with a slight different taste.They are definitely something to try out as surprisingly some may find these legs to be quite tasty...


One of the most popular methods of cooking frog legs in Filipino culture is to fry them,but now i'll share my own frog congee.In filipino culture, the frog legs are used to be boiled in with congee. The congee is thought to have a very good nutritional value, especially for those who have the flu or are sick.
The congee will normally have frog legs already in it with the soup for the flavor, along with the congee. It's definitely very flavorful, and well worth a try whether you're sick or not. Frog legs are not too hard to prepare, and you can always experiment cooking frog legs in different dishes and cuisines which may suit your own appetite.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kl frog legs
 3 cups of rice or sticky rice
a bit of ginger
 1 medium size of onion
garlic
 salt
6 cups water
2tablespoon of cooking oil
spring onion


 HOW TO COOK: Saute ginger,garlic,and onion.Add frog legs,then add water and rice.put salt to taste.stir it well until the rice and frog legs is cooked...and its done serve it in a bowl put the spring onions on top..thats the easy way of cooking froglegs congee.its very nutritious and healthy.
